Angela Gerrard
Angela is a busy mother of four teenagers and runs two of her own businesses. One as an artist and the other as a Manager and Independent Consultant with The Chefs ToolBox.
Having created all manner of art and craft throughout her life, she now finds relaxation and enjoyment in the time she devotes each week to creating art.
Angela has a passion for pastel painting which she has been developing and studying for the past 10 years. She loves the vivid colour, the softness and the textures created with pastel. Angela loves to show personality and expression through all her artwork. She also loves the free flowing lines and detail created when working with pen and ink and a hint of watercolour.
Angela has spent the past year building a studio which is a friendly working art space including a gallery. During this time Angela has continued to make art using a range of media, but with her passion being pastel.
Artwork by Angela Gerrard can currently be viewed at the Beaufort Medical Centre and in her private Beaufort Gallery.
Angela has been developing her art for the past three years with the help of her teacher; internationally acclaimed wildlife artist, Steve Morvell. Angela won the 2010 Pyrenees Artist Award at the Pyrenees Art Show
