I’m a photographer and film maker with a strong commitment to social change. Basically I’m drawn to projects that have the potential to make an impact and improve visibility and aspects of our society like advocacy for Indigenous, LGBTIQ, multicultural and disability communities; as well as projects around mental health, the environment, education, gender equality and the prevention of violence against women.

It also means, regardless of what project I’m working on, from headshots, to image libraries, to short promo videos, I’m thinking about the impact the images or video I’m creating for you can have beyond your own organisation’s needs.

In 2023 I released my first feature documentary film Equal the Contest, which has been selected for 8 film festivals in Australia and around the world, and is now streaming online as well as in cinemas via hosted screenings. The film won Best First Feature: Documentary at Melbourne Queer Film Festival in 2023 and was the winner of the Positive Media award for the Australian Pride in Sports Awards in 2024.

In addition to photography and video projects, I’m a keynote speaker (themes of sport, inclusion, LGBTIQ lived experience), volunteer firefighter and a footy player with the Mt Alexander Falcons.
