Description of Venue: Originally built as the sales office for a real estate agent when Cardigan Village was under development, the Cardigan Village Community Centre is sited in a residential area on parkland that also features a free electric BBQ and covered picnic area, playground and tennis courts.
Regular users of the centre include a monthly craft group and playgroup. The venue is also suitable for private functions such as club meetings, reunions and birthday parties.
The basic kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, urn, crockery, cutlery, oven/stove and a servery window onto the function area.
There is also a second room separate from the main hall which is currently used by a local playgroup, however can be used for meetings if the main hall is already booked.
An outdoor courtyard area leads out to the BBQ area and playground.
The Community Room is fully heated and cooled.
Off street parking is available along with street parking.
