Art Therapy uses the creative process of art making to improve and enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is fun, calming and healing and can be a great way to explore and express any issues or concerns. No previous art experience is necessary.
Candace is a registered art-therapist and member of ANZATA, which means she has completed training at Master’s level in this field. Candace has many years’ experience running art- therapy groups and working one on one. Candace currently facilitates weekly art-therapy groups at the BRICC Wellness Centre for individuals who have experienced cancer.
DAY: Monday mornings or Friday afternoons
DATE: August 14th or August 18th
TIMES: 9.30 ~ 10.30 am (or 1.30 ~2.30 pm)
