Since graduating from art school in Dundee, Scotland with an honours degree in Drawing and Painting in 1985, Lars Stenberg has been a builder, teacher, musician, bookseller, writer, multimedia design manager, and marketing director. With the exception of marketing director, all those activities gave him plenty of time to paint. He has had exhibitions in his native Scotland, as well as London, New York and, more recently, his adopted home Australia. His work hangs in so many public and private collections he has completely lost track of them all. Sometimes they come up for auction and this makes him feel old.

He is no longer a marketing director.
