SALON SERIES: Translating Treasures from image->text->sound

The scene: a mixed exhibition involving four artists.
The events: during each salon, treasures hidden in one artist’s work are uncovered by the words of the artist, the audience and a musician’s impromptu “sound-paintings”.
SALON DATES: (each salon features one artist’s work, a floor talk and “sound-paintings”)
- Saturday 3rd August, 3:30-5 pm: Kristin Diemer – (Photographer) & Helen Davey (Musician)
- Sunday 4th August, 2-3:30 pm: Mark Payne (Painter) & Helen Davey (Musician)
- Sunday 11th August, 2-3:30 pm – Ngaere Guyatt –(Assemblage artist) & Helen Davey (Musician)
