Rachel Turner’s art practice is about seeing good in the world. She draws on the likes of legendary artists Fred Williams, Arthur Boyd, and Sydney Nolan’s images of the Australian landscape, infusing local scenes with unexpected colour and vibrancy.

‘Walk This Way’ focuses on Wadawurrung and Dja Dja Wurrung Country and the stunning scenes we pass by each day in our busy lives.

Turner’s landscapes are about appreciation of the country she is blessed to live on. Being content in her place on the world & making the most in where she’s at in her life are key themes that appear in all of Turner’s work.
