The Beaufort Community Bank’s Pyrenees Art Exhibition & Sale is an annual four-day visual art event held over the Queen’s birthday long weekend in June and is a joint enterprise between the Pyrenees Arts Council and the Rotary Club of Beaufort.
The Art Exhibition is held in the Shire Hall at Beaufort and provides the opportunity for Pyrenees and Australia wide artists to exhibit, win awards and sell their work, at the same time attracting hundreds of visitors and potential art collectors to Beaufort and the Pyrenees.
Commencing on Friday, 6th June with the Official Opening (Cost $20 per person), the Exhibition gets off to a great start with a delicious supper and wine provided, along with the opportunity to be the first to view and possibly purchase one of the artworks on display. You will also hear the Judge present the prizes and give an explanation these choices.

Exhibits in the 12 to 16 years and 17 to 21 years Sections will be displayed at the “Beerepmo” Centre (formerly Beaufort Community Development Centre) just down from the Shire Hall, along with photos entered in the Junior Photographic Competition.
Also on in Beaufort over the weekend is a Second Hand Book Sale conducted by the Rotary Club of Beaufort. This will be held outside the Shire Hall.
