Plastic Flower Making Workshop –

5 September, 2018 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Join us at the Ballarat North Neighbourhood House and help make some of the thousands of plastic flowers we need to reinvent the decorated
trams from the Ballarat Floral Festivals of 1938 and 1939. The tram will be used during the 2019 Begonia Festival, and be completely
covered with flowers made from recycled plastic. At the workshops, we will show you how to turn old supermarket bags, drinks
bottles and more into stunning flowers. There is no cost to be involved, but please lets us know if you are coming, and it would be great if you
bring some plastic saved from your recycling bin! This fabulous community event is working with Ballarat Tramway Museum.
