The Ballarat Choral Society will be performing Mendelssohn’s Elijah with the Gisborne Singers and the Ballarat Symphony Orchestra for two performances in November.

Both will be conducted by renowned Musical Director Stephen Brockman. Ballarat rehearsals have been conducted by the Ballarat Choral Society’s Musical Director: Helen Duggan

It is especially rewarding to hear the beautiful sounds created by this larger group of accomplished singers which adds to the richness of the performance.  As usual the Ballarat Symphony Orchestra create a perfect accompaniment to the work which is both challenging yet familiar to many music lovers.
