Do you ever meditate and find yourself in the same imaginary space? It feels safe, healing and calm? 

I will guide you in a relaxation meditation to find your special, real or imagined world providing grounding and healing. We will then move on to create a wet felted background for that place. Wet felting is compacting fleece layers using water, soup and rolling over and over to join and tighten fibres. Once the back has been created we will hair dry them and move onto needle felt in detail along with stitching threads in if you wish. 

You will go home with a little patch of peace to display in your home or office hopefully providing many more moments of grounded relaxation.
