Vocalise is pleased to present renowned West African percussionist Kofi Kunkpe as part of its ongoing workshop series. Last year, Valanga Khoza delighted Vocalise with his South African music and husky voice, and now Kofi will teach three workshops in drumming, dancing or vocal, culminating in an optional group performance. People can choose to participate in one, two or all three workshops, which will be held at Ebenezer Hall in Armstrong Street South, Ballarat.

10-11:30am- Drumming workshop

(Participants welcome to bring their own drum, or drums available for use)

12:00-1:30pm- Dance workshop

2:30-4:00pm- Vocal workshop

4-4:20pm- Combined workshops

The cost is $20 per workshop, or $50 for all three.

Children under 12 can attend for $10 per workshop.
