Chisholm St: Baroque
December 3 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
An event every day that begins at 1:00 pm, repeating until 4 December, 2021
Chisholm St is a new performance space on Wadawurrung country, Ballarat.
Launched in March 2021, this monthly performance platform was born from the host’s desire to support local musicians and wordsmiths. It is an intimate experience for audiences.
Chisholm St: Baroque features works by J.S. Bach, performed by local musicians, Michael Davey (viola), and Jack L. Stacey (piano). Read more about these wonderful musicians on the ticket site (see link).
You are welcome to bring a beverage of your choice to enjoy afterwards; other refreshments are included in the ticket price. Please bring warm clothes as the performance space is open to an undercover deck.
The new rules about vaccination stipulate that full vaccination is required for artists to share their work in public, so you can be reassured that all performers involved with Chisholm St are fully vaccinated. People attending entertainment venues will need to provide proof of their vaccination to enter. As a registered venue, this applies to Chisholm St. Masks will still need to be worn inside unless a medical exemption applies, however, masks are not necessary outside. Hand-sanitiser and a QR code for checking-in will be provided at Chisholm St.
Wheelchair access is available. Child-friendly: children free if they can sit on a parent’s lap or enjoy the garden and cubby house.
