Ballarat International Foto Biennale Inc (BIFB) is a not for profit organisation presenting a month‐long biennial festival of contemporary photography alongside a year round program of exhibitions, publications and prizes aimed at promoting and supporting photographic practice in Australia and showcasing talented national and international photographers.

The 2013 festival will run from the 17th August to the 15th September.
