Award-winning bush poet comes to Glenlyon for one night only

Bush poet, author and entertainer Noel Stallard has been lured out of his Queensland hideaway to give a once-only performance at the Glenlyon Hall on Saturday 22 March.

Locals Jill Teschendorff and John Cable came across Noel last year when they were travelling interstate.  They so enjoyed Noel’s presentation that Jill felt he’d get a great reception in Glenlyon and finally managed to persuade Noel to head south.

Noel has won many awards for his bush poetry and books – his poetry is witty and wise and his props and costumes create much amusement among the audience.

The night is a package deal – bring a plate to share (and drink/s) before Noel’s performance.  Get your friends together and make up a table (of 8) or join with others.  Dinner is at 6.30pm.
