Arts Interactive Online Workshops  

Are you an artist, an arts or cultural organization or arts/ craft business and have always wanted to have a presence on line, but don’t know where to start? Maybe you want to extend your online reach and better interact with customers, the public or your audience… the Central Highlands LEAP project has developed a web based tool to help people or groups like yourself. It’s called the ArtsAtlas and it’s a web portal that aims to provide anyone interested or involved in the arts with a way of setting up an online profile that you have control of, but don’t have to worry too much about…

Six FREE workshops are being offered in partnership with the University of Ballarat’s Central Highlands Digital Enterprise Project (DEP). Workshops will support and guide participants to set a up and start using the web more fully, beginning with the ArtsAtlas.. and from there the world!! Workshops will be delivered by Erin McCuskey from Ballarat based creative media and blended learning studio- Yum Studio. Workshops are flexible and start with the basics and move through to managing video, audio, copyright and your integrated on line presence. Participants can choose to do one, several or all sessions.   Beginning Tues Feb 5^th  9.30am- 12.30pm  2013- Tues 26^th March 2013, or Friday 8 Feb-  Fri 29 March 2013, 9.30am- 12.30 pm.
