The Ballarat Society of Artists Inc. presents the 2014 Artisans Festival at the Mining Exchange in Lydiard St, Ballarat.  Featuring a wide variety of arts and crafts and much more. A great opportunity to meet and see artists and artisans at work and to purchase original artwork and handcrafted items at affordable prices. Entry by gold coin donation.
