Daniela is a self taught artist living within the beautiful golden plains shire region on the outskirts of Ballarat.
Having grown up in the bush she spent endless hours outside interacting with the environment and observing the combinations of colours in nature.
She takes her inspiration from colourists and impressionists and brings her own bold, colourful and at times whimsical style to her work, which consists of landscapes, flora, fauna and wildlife.
She works from her home studio located on a country property nestled amongst rolling hills and surrounded by bush-land and native animals, from which she draws her inspiration.
Mainly painting in acrylics and occasionally in water colours, her work has been purchased by collectors around Australia and in the US.
